Should you be dissatisfied with the performance of my services, I will terminate the listing contract immediately upon your request. No questions asked and no cost to you.

I will assist you with details such as financing, explain the buying process, search daily for the hottest listings, set up appointments at your convenience, Professionally show the selected properties, explain the offer to purchase, conscientiously facilitate the negotiations and constant follow-up until after moving day.
