Should you be dissatisfied with the performance of my services, I will terminate the listing contract immediately upon your request. No questions asked and no cost to you.

For The Buyer:

I will dedicate 100% of my time and efforts to you throughout the buying process. Finding your dream home can only be achieved by spending time together and analyzing all the details in a home that are important to you. I will assist you with details such as financing, explain the buying process, search daily for the hottest listings, set up appointments at your convenience, Professionally show the selected properties, explain the offer to purchase, conscientiously facilitate the negotiations and constant follow-up until after moving day.

1. Prepare and submit all Multiple Listing Data Information to the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board within 24 hrs. Discuss Staging of your home to maximize presentation.
2. Provide high visibility signage including sign hangers with (web address) and starburst to draw attention to the signage.
3. Neighbourhood awareness through promotional "Just Listed" brochures, and displayed feature home of the month on my website (front page).
4. Expose your home to over 9360 (may 31/09) licensed Realtors of the Vancouver Real Estate Board and 2936 (May 31/09) licensed Realtors of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board via: Multiple Listing Service (MLS), computer, hot sheets, and more.

16. Provide assistance in arranging financing, find your dream home, and assist with all after sale questions and arrangements such as building inspections, provide a list of legal professionals, 50 moving cards, arrange to disperse keys on moving day.

17. After move-in day, provide follow-up and ongoing personal contact.
